减腰好方法
人贴墙站直,从上,头,肩膀,到下包括PG,脚跟都要贴住墙,然后吸气,把PG夹紧,(提肛)吸腹,感觉腹凹进去,坚持5-7秒.然后呼气.
连续做五次.
每天早上和晚上做两次,当然如果你中午有时间也可以在办公室里做一次.
